1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CleanPilot Cleaning Services website (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at cleanpilot.company (the "Service") operated by CleanPilot Cleaning Services ("us", "we", or "our"). Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

2. Description of Services

CleanPilot Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning solutions for residential and commercial properties in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Our services include:

  • Residential cleaning services (regular, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning)
  • Commercial office cleaning and maintenance
  • Post-construction cleanup services
  • Special event cleaning
  • Eco-friendly cleaning options

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, scope of work, and specific customer requirements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password or other credentials that you use to access our Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

You agree to accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and information. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Service Booking: All cleaning services must be booked through our website, phone, or in-person consultation. We require at least 24 hours advance notice for regular bookings and 48 hours for deep cleaning services.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards. A 50% deposit may be required for large commercial jobs or specialized services.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Refunds: Refunds are available for services that are not completed as specified in the service agreement. No refunds will be issued for services that are not rendered due to customer unavailability or refusal of access to the premises.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing clear access to all areas requiring cleaning
  • Securing or removing valuable items, pets, and hazardous materials
  • Ensuring that cleaning staff can safely access the premises
  • Disclosing any special requirements or concerns prior to service
  • Being present or having an authorized representative present during service hours
  • Ensuring all appliances and utilities are in working order

Customers must notify us immediately of any damage, issues, or concerns that arise during or after our service. Failure to provide adequate access or conditions for cleaning may result in additional charges or service cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CleanPilot Cleaning Services and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CleanPilot Cleaning Services and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances: with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, to protect our rights, or with service providers who assist us in operating our business.

8. Insurance and Liability

Insurance Coverage: CleanPilot Cleaning Services maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our insurance covers damages to property and injuries to our employees while performing services at your premises.

Liability Limitations: Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Damage Claims: Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims and provide resolution in accordance with our insurance coverage and applicable laws. Documentation and photographs may be required for claim processing.

Exclusions: We are not liable for damage to fragile items, heirlooms, or items not properly secured, nor for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or factors beyond our control.

9. Service Availability and Termination

Service Hours: Our standard service hours are Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Services may be available outside these hours by special arrangement and may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or utility interruptions.

Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with appropriate notice. Customers may terminate by providing written notice, while we reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, violation of terms, or other legitimate business reasons.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Makati City, Metro Manila.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CleanPilot Cleaning Services regarding the use of our Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without notice. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
